  • Any bookings 30 days in advance may require a 10% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. This deposit is necessary to confirm your appointment and will be deducted from the final invoice.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge of 10% of the total quotation amount. This fee covers administrative and scheduling costs.

6. Installation and Maintenance

  • Installation timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Maintenance services are subject to agreed schedules and terms.
  • We reserve the right to suspend services if payment terms are not met.

7. Warranty and Liability

  • We provide warranties on products and workmanship as specified in individual contracts.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
